Replacement Policy

1. Does have a Return Policy?

We do have a simple 48 hour return policy under which, you have the choice of returning a damaged or defective product that you may have received within 48 hours of receipt of such a product. In case of products that fall under the apparels and footwear category, the return policy includes return of products due to a sizing mismatch as well.

2. Under what pretext such product return or replacement might be rejected?

Returns for replacement or exchange o refund under the below specified scenarios will NOT be accepted.

• If a request for return is made after 48 hours after you have received the product.

• If the product is not being returned in the original condition, this includes washing and ironing.

• When products are returned without original packing, ancillary components and manufacturers tag.

• In cases where the product is found to be tampered with or missing its serial number.

• When they are damaged beyond the bounds of the manufacturers’ warranty.

3. How can I return the product?

You can choose to send an email within 48 hours of receiving the product to, we will guide you through the process.

Product replacement will be subject to the availability of stocks with our business partners. In a situation where we are unable to replace the said product, we will initiate a refund process.

4. Does the product need to be in the original packaging when I return it?

It is imperative that the product is returned in the original state of its packaging, intact with the manufacturer’s tags, boxes, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other components that were originally included with the product at the time of purchase. This includes any complimentary items as well.

5. What are the solutions available for the defective product that I have returned?

When a product is returned based on any defects or damages, the following can be possible solutions.

• Replacement of the product depending on the stock availability.

• Exchange.

• Full refund of the bill amount, in case replaceable stocks of the said product are not available.

6. Are all the products covered under the return policy?

All products on are eligible for refund or replacement, with an exception of the following:

Lingerie, innerwear, briefs, wristbands, vests, trunks, mittens, socks, cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes, flowers, contraceptives, bullion; and any complimentary or free items that is a part of the main order.

7. What is the time frame for returning the product?

You must intimate customer care department within 48 hours of receiving the product, in case you wish to return it. The category- wise product return or refund stipulations are as follows.

• Apparel and footwear can be returned with there is a sizing disparity.

• In cases where kids products, toys, health and beauty products, home and kitchen items, apparel, footwear, books are found to be defective or damaged when received.

• Digital products such as Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, computers, digital cameras, electronics and other appliances will not be entitled to a return for reasons other than “defective” or “damaged” products.

8. How can the product be reached to case of return? Should I pay for such collection services?

Such a defective or damaged product will be picked up by us through a representative. In a rare case that we are unable to pick up the same, you will have to send it by courier using a reputed service. A reimbursement of courier charges will be sent to you in the form of a discount voucher as defined by our logistics team.

9. What should I do if product pick up services is not available in my area?

Our customer care person will send the mail with complete address where you have to send the courier, in a rare case that it cannot be collected from your address by us. You will have to send the product back to us using a reputed courier service. A reimbursement of courier charges will be sent to you in the form of a discount voucher as advised by our logistics team.
